April 8, 2015 Update
Things are finally taking shape and you will see a lot of things going onsite. The tennis courts have had all fencing and light standards installed. The CXT Building underground water and sanitary services are being installed. We expect delivery of the 3 CXT buildings next week around the 15th. Grading and trail preparation began last week and will be on-going for the next few weeks. Thoutt Brothers Concrete began pouring the 10-foot wide regional trail from Washington and is expected to have this complete almost to the north end of the project site.

The community build of the playground is expected to commence on Saturday for the next 2 weekends. Layout and coordination of the playground equipment will begin tomorrow by Childrens Playstructures and ECI.  CEM will begin running the underground waterlines for the splashpad the week of April 20 after the prefabricated pump building is set and the community build is completed on the playground. Electrical pole bases and underground conduits are ongoing across the entire site and we are beginning to take delivery of the light fixtures. Finally, Bath Landscape is currently installing sleeving and procuring all irrigation materials to begin installation of the irrigation system.

March 20, 2015 Update
All underground wet utilities have been installed. Topsoil has been imported for the sports field areas and turf areas. The over-excavation under the tennis courts and splashpad have been completed and the post-tension tennis courts are being formed by Renner this week. Depending on the weather, the tennis courts are anticipated to be poured next week. Electrical underground for the new services and pedestrian lights is being installed this week.

Upcoming work will include subgrade preparation and concrete trails, flatwork. CXT restroom buildings and play equipment have been ordered and are expected to arrive shortly. The splashpad and playground “core area” will begin construction in mid-April when the spray components and tanks arrive. The park should begin to start taking shape in April as the weather improves.
