- The Mayor and Trustees are elected at large for terms of 4 years.
- The mayor presides at all meetings of the Board of Trustees and has the same voting powers as any member of said Board.
- Town Board meetings are held at 7:30 pm the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 3800 Wilson Ave. The Public is always welcome.

- The Board of Adjustment shall consist of five members and two alternates appointed by the Board of Trustees. Members shall not simultaneously serve on the Board of Adjustments and the Board of Trustees or the Planning Commission. Members must be residents of the Town at least 1 year. Alternates serve only in the absence of one or two regular members.
- The Board of Adjustment shall have the powers and authority concerning the application and enforcement of this Code.
- Board of Adjustments meets the 4th Thursday of the month, if necessary. Check with Town Hall to find out if a meeting is scheduled. 3800 Wilson Ave. 7:00 pm

- Develop and coordinate activities such as, but not limited to: Fourth of July Family Funfest, Christmas Parade, Holiday house decorating / lighting contest.

- The Library Board consists of the Wellington Town Board of Trustees and Mayor.
- The Library Board shall establish bylaws and operate the library in accordance with the statutes of the State of Colorado.

- The Planning Commission of the Town of Wellington is hereby created in accordance with the provisions of Sections 31-23-201, et. Seq., CRS.
- The Planning Commission shall consist of seven members, three ex officio members consisting of the Mayor, a Trustee selected by the Mayor, a Trustee selected by the Board of Trustees and four citizens appointed by the Board of Trustees.
- The Planning Commission shall have the powers and authority concerning the application and enforcement of this Code as those powers are delegated to it by provisions of State law and by the specific provisions of this Code.
- Planning Commission meets the 1st Monday of the month at 7:00 pm. 3800 Wilson Ave.

- The Wellington Housing Authority provides housing for eligible low-income individuals and families, through a contract with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Wellington Housing Authority contracts with the Fort Collins Housing Authority to manage the 28 family units and 14 senior units located in Wellington. The senior units and a family complex are located southeast of the Wellington Post Office and the remaining family units are located throughout town.
