The Town of Wellington is working in conjunction with local authorities to mitigate a chemical spill. The area between 3rd Street from Grant to Washington is currently closed. Alternative travel routes are required.

There are no concerns for airborne contamination within or outside of the closed area. For your safety, avoid contact with any liquid in the designated boundary zone.
Active spill mitigation is taking place and more details will be shared on the Town of Wellington Website www.wellingtoncolorado.gov and the Town of Wellington's official social media as they are available.
