The Board of Adjustment shall consist of 5 members and 2 alternates appointed by the Board of Trustees. Members must be residents of the Town at least 1 year. Alternates serve only in the absence of 1 or 2 regular members.
The Board of Adjustment meets on an as-needed basis to consider such things as variances to the zoning code or setback requirements.
