Walk-In Registration

Walk in registration is available at the Municipal Services Building with cash, check or credit/debit card during registration hours:

• Monday through Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
• If you need to register outside of the above hours, call our office

We are unable to conduct registration by mail. 

Weather Protocol

The Town of Wellington Parks and Recreation Department continually monitors the weather during all events/programs to ensure a safe and fun environment with safety as our priority. We use reliable sources to check the weather to make our decisions. Any time a scheduled event/activity must be postponed or cancelled due to inclement weather, the staff will update the Weather Cancellation line, 970-568-3284, as well as send information via TeamSnap to keep all participants updated.

Youth Jerseys

Youth jerseys are required for all Youth sports, and they can be purchased online, or in office, during registration for pick up at the Parks and Recreation Office during registration hours. Youth Basketball jerseys will be included in the fee and delivered at practice for the Jr. Nuggets Program.
