Illegal fireworks are subject to a fine of up to $1,000. Don't risk a fine, fire, injury, or being that neighbor; instead, leave the fireworks to the professionals and enjoy the
Town of Wellington's Fourth of July public display of fireworks on the evening of July 4th.
To report the illegal use of fireworks, please contact
Larimer County Sheriff's Office at (970) 416-1985. As always, if you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
In general, fireworks that leave the ground or explode are illegal in the Town of Wellington and the State of Colorado.
