The agenda includes the Appeal Hearing for the Jun. 6, 2023, Planning Commission decision regarding the Connell Resources Site Plan Approval. - The Board of Trustees will review all information presented to the Planning
Commission about the Site Plan Approval as defined in the official record, available here:
https://bit.ly/BOTAug23. The "official record" includes meeting recordings, packet material, and all public comments available to the Planning Commission at the time of the site plan decision.
- Because the hearing is based on the established record, the appeal process does not allow new public comment to be heard at the Aug. 23 meeting. Not taking new public comments protects the established record and due process.
Only the parties in interest (appellant and applicant) can speak at the hearing.
- The Board of Trustees may take one of three actions as defined in the Municipal Code section 15-2-120

Affirm the decision
Affirm with modifications
Overturn the decision
